Methods of Purchasing
You can purchase CubeSat Kit components directly from Pumpkin via telephone, fax or email. In order to provide our customers with the best possible advise during the ordering process, we do not currently offer on-line ordering.
Delivery Times
We make every attempt to stock complete 10x10x10cm CubeSat Kits and components for immediate sale and delivery. Orders for CubeSat Kits with larger Flight Models (e.g. 10x10x30cm) and/or custom components may incur longer delivery times, depending on existing inventory.
Prices
Prices for complete CubeSat Kits and individual CubeSat Kit components are listed on Pumpkin's Price List. All prices are in US $ and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, fees, customs, shipping, export, certification and other charges are not included unless explicitly listed.
Prices for design and technical services (i.e. "custom work") are negotiated on a per-contract basis. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping
CubeSat Kits and CubeSat Kit components are shipped fully insured via expedited mail services (normally via USPS, but UPS, FedEx, etc. are available at extra cost). USPS Express shipping is preferred for domestic shipments. FedEx or USPS International Priority is preferred for international shipments. Shipping charges for a 10x10x10cm CubeSat Kit typically range from $90 (domestic) to $400 (international). If you have an account with a preferred shipper, please supply this information at time of order. Customs, duties, etc. are all the responsibility of the recipient. FOB is San Francisco, CA.
Terms
For payment from customers within the United States, Pumpkin accepts credit card orders or formal purchase orders (Net 30) from qualified organizations. International buyers are asked to provide payment in advance via wire transfer or credit card. Please be advised that purchases made with credit cards will not ship until the credit card transaction has been fully approved by Pumpkin's credit card services provider.
Purchases over $10,000 may require additional prepayment terms.
Export Restrictions
United States export laws prohibit Pumpkin (a California corporation) from providing CubeSat Kit components to end-users in the following countries: Cuba, Libya, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Syria and North Korea. Resellers, freight forwarders, etc. are also prohibited from exporting CubeSat Kit components to these countries.
