Standard Kits
CubeSat Kits with 10x10x10cm Flight Modules are available in solid-wall and skeletonized versions. The Flight Models of the skeletonized versions are approximately 85g lighter than the Flight Models of the solid-wall versions.
Alternate-size Kits
CubeSat Kits are also available in solid-wall and skeletonized versions in the following nominal sizes:
- 10x10x5 cm
- 10x10x15 cm
- 10x10x20 cm
- 10x10x30 cm
E.g. two 10x10x15cm CubeSat Kit Flight Models will fit within the standard 3-CubeSat P-POD launcher.
Flight Models in oversize CubeSat Kits (e.g. the 10x10x30cm kit) have facilities to accept multiple FM430 Flight Modules, with the remove-before-flight pin and USB connectors located properly for access via the P-POD's access areas.
